The breakfast had an very nice variety of options. Fresh fruits and pastries were beautifully presented. There were many different dishes to choose from! The hotel exudes a warm atmosphere.
The pool was not heated, so it was too cold. The floors around the pool were slippery. I noticed this a lot.

the location was fantastic! it was easy to get to the city center mall. the room was mega big. there was a separate space for clothes.
The restaurant experience was the worst. Tables were not clean! there was not enough staff to serve. it was hard to get spoons.

The hotel's location was really convenient, with easy access to the metro. I also appreciated the breakfast. There were many options available. My room had a great view of the city.
The service at the restaurant was slow. It was hard to get attention. I also thought the room was a bit dark even with the curtains open. It also bothered me that the staff didn't help with our bags upon arrival.
